Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden, and currently deliver to Sweden and Germany.

Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders to Germany are normally delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Tracking information is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays or high-demand periods. Sultan AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.
