Earnings are what your shop keeps after VAT when the kit is sold at recommended retail price, calculated at the Swedish VAT rate — the figure is higher in Germany. Partner prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Orders within Sweden are invoiced with Swedish VAT; orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.

Do I need a registered business to order?

Yes. Sultan sells to barbershops, salons and registered businesses only. We do not sell to private consumers.

Can I buy a single bottle?

No. Single units are not sold separately. Products are supplied as part of a kit, or as a 15-pack refill once you are stocking them.

Where do the products ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden. We currently deliver to Sweden and Germany. Delivery within Sweden is normally 3–5 business days and to Germany 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much do I have to commit to?

Nothing beyond the kit you order. There is no contract, no minimum order and no obligation to reorder. You choose what to restock based on what your shop actually sells.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Partner prices are shown excluding VAT. Recommended retail prices include VAT.

How is VAT handled?

Orders within Sweden include Swedish VAT. Orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number (USt-IdNr) are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, which means no VAT is added by us and you account for it in Germany.
