Wholesale & ordering
Who can order from Sultan?
Barbershops, salons and other registered businesses. We do not sell to private customers, and you need a registered business to place an order.
Is there a contract or a minimum order?
No. No contract, no minimum order value and no obligation to reorder. You order a kit, sell what moves, and restock only what your shop actually sells.
How do I place an order?
Order directly through this site, or message us on WhatsApp at +46 72 230 47 30 if you would rather talk it through first.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum order value.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden. Delivery is normally 3–5 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days to Germany. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
Sweden and Germany.
EU delivery
Do you deliver anywhere in the EU, or only Sweden and Germany?
Currently only Sweden and Germany. We are not yet set up to ship to other EU countries.
Can a business in another EU country place an order today?
Not yet — sales are currently limited to Sweden and Germany. Message us on WhatsApp or by email if you would like to be kept in the loop as that changes.
Is VAT handled differently for cross-border EU orders?
Yes — see the VAT section below.
VAT
Are your prices excluding VAT?
Wholesale prices on the partner page are quoted excluding VAT. What you pay at checkout depends on your delivery country and VAT status, as below.
How is VAT handled for German businesses?
Orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number (USt-IdNr.) are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism: we add no VAT, and you account for it in Germany. Orders within Sweden include Swedish VAT.
What if VAT isn't removed automatically at checkout?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your VAT number and order details and we'll issue a corrected invoice.
Barber margin
How much can my shop earn on a kit?
The Shop Kit at EUR 410 excluding VAT contains 39 products and earns your shop about EUR 312. The Standard Kit at EUR 690 excluding VAT contains 68 products and earns about EUR 561. Earnings are what the shop keeps after VAT when the kit is sold at recommended retail price, calculated at the Swedish VAT rate — the figure is higher in Germany.
How is the margin calculated?
Recommended retail price, minus your local VAT, minus what you paid at partner price.
What are the recommended retail prices?
Hair Styling Wax Cream EUR 24, Beard Oil 30 ml EUR 26, Beard Wax 75 ml EUR 22, Beard Wash 150 ml EUR 18.
Reorder
How often should I reorder?
Most shops find their rhythm around every 6–8 weeks after the first kit, once retail sales set the pace. Check your shelf before it runs empty — a customer who wants to buy and can't waits for no one.
Is there a minimum reorder, or an obligation to reorder?
No. Reorder only what has actually sold, whenever you need to.
