Sultan is built for one thing: turning the chair you already have into a retail shelf.

How the partnership works

You buy at partner price, excluding VAT. Every product has a recommended retail price. Your margin is what remains after you deduct your local VAT from the retail price and subtract what you paid.

There is no contract, no minimum commitment and no locked-in range. You order a kit, you sell what moves, and you reorder only what your customers actually buy.

Which kit to start with

Starter Kit — EUR 41. One of each product. Put the range on your station before ordering a full shelf. Your shop earns about EUR 31.

Shop Kit — EUR 410. One chair, first shelf. 39 products covering the full range. Your shop earns about EUR 312.

Standard Kit — EUR 795. Depth for a shop already selling retail. 78 products. Your shop earns about EUR 648.

Earnings are what your shop keeps after VAT when the kit is sold at recommended retail price, calculated at the Swedish VAT rate. The figure is higher in Germany.

No lock-in

No contract, no minimum order and no obligation to reorder. You decide what to restock based on what your shop sells.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden, and currently deliver to Sweden and Germany. Delivery within Sweden is normally 3–5 business days and to Germany 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Who we sell to

Sultan sells to barbershops, salons and registered businesses only. We do not sell to private customers. You need a registered business to place an order.

Orders within Sweden include Swedish VAT. Orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number (USt-IdNr) are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, which means no VAT is added by us and you account for it in Germany.
