Sultan is built for one thing: turning the chair you already have into a retail shelf.
How the partnership works
You buy at partner price, excluding VAT. Every product has a recommended retail price. Your margin is what remains after you deduct your local VAT from the retail price and subtract what you paid: about 47 percent in Sweden and about 50 percent in Germany.
There is no contract, no tie-in and no locked-in range. You order, you sell what moves, and you reorder only what your customers actually buy.
Minimum order
€148 excluding VAT, mixed freely across the four products. There is no fixed kit to choose between: you set a quantity per product and check out. That is roughly one shelf, for example 15 Hair Styling Wax Cream at about EUR 149.

Partner prices exclude VAT. Recommended retail prices include VAT. A worked example: seven Hair Styling Wax Cream, three Beard Oil, three Beard Wax and three Beard Wash costs about EUR 153 excluding VAT and is worth about EUR 293 on the shelf after VAT, so the shop keeps about EUR 140. Calculated at the Swedish VAT rate; the figure is higher in Germany.
Gift Kit
One of each product in a presentation box, EUR 41 excluding VAT, recommended retail about EUR 83 including VAT. Stocked for client gifting and staff gifts. Four Gift Kits meet the minimum order on their own.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. We ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden, and currently deliver to Sweden and Germany. Delivery within Sweden is normally 3–5 business days and to Germany 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Who we sell to
Sultan sells to barbershops, salons and registered businesses only. We do not sell to private customers. You need a registered business to place an order.
Orders within Sweden include Swedish VAT. Orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number (USt-IdNr) are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, which means no VAT is added by us and you account for it in Germany.
Buying for resale
If you hold stock and supply barbershops, salons or retailers in your own market, that is a different arrangement. Volume pricing, payment terms and market coverage are set per partner. Wholesale and distribution.
