Your first order is on its way. Here is what to do when it lands — how to set the shelf up, how to use each product, and when to reorder.

What you ordered

Whatever mix of the four products you chose, at least €148 excluding VAT in total. Most shops weight the first order toward Hair Styling Wax Cream, because it moves fastest, and keep beard care behind it.

Every product has a recommended retail price. You set your own shelf price. See prices and terms.

Setting up the shelf

A few things that make a retail shelf actually sell, not just sit there:

  • Keep one bottle of each product open at the chair, not sealed on the shelf. Clients buy what they've already felt.
  • Price each product at the recommended retail price shown on its product page — consistent pricing across the shop avoids awkward conversations at the till.
  • Mention the product while you use it, not just at checkout. "This is the oil I just used on you" converts better than a shelf sign.

Using the products

Beard Oil — the daily base layer. A few drops in the palm, massage into the beard and the skin underneath. Absorbs fully, nothing sits on the surface.

Beard Wax — a styling step, not a daily one. Applied to dry hair, only where shaping or flyaways are an actual problem — after oil, never instead of it.

Hair Styling Wax Cream — take a small amount, warm it between your fingers, apply evenly to dry or slightly damp hair and style as desired. A small amount goes further than expected; add more rather than starting heavy.

Beard Wash — replaces shower gel or regular shampoo for the beard, which is drying on facial hair. Used before oil in the routine.

Reordering

Most shops know within 6–8 weeks which products are moving. That's a reasonable point to check stock and reorder. There is no obligation and no fixed schedule; the same €148 minimum applies, and you decide the mix.
