How the margin works
You buy the kit at partner price excluding VAT. Every product has a recommended retail price including VAT. Your margin is what remains after you deduct your local VAT from the retail price and subtract what you paid. The exact figure depends on your VAT rate and the retail price you set.
Trade terms
Sultan sells to barbershops, salons and registered businesses only. We currently deliver to Sweden and Germany. Orders within Sweden include Swedish VAT. Orders to German businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. No contract and no minimum commitment.
Shipping and returns
All orders ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden. We currently deliver to Sweden and Germany. Delivery within Sweden is normally 3–5 business days and to Germany 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
