Ausnahme für Verbraucher: Das Vatertags-Set kann von Privatkunden in Schweden ohne Mindestbestellwert gekauft werden. Als Verbraucher haben Sie ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht ab Erhalt der Ware. Teilen Sie uns dies an info@brandsofsultan.com mit oder verwenden Sie das Muster-Widerrufsformular. Wir erstatten den Kaufpreis und die ursprünglichen Versandkosten innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Die Rücksendekosten tragen Sie. Die Ware muss ungeöffnet sein, da versiegelte Hygieneartikel nach Entfernung der Versiegelung vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen sind. Zudem haben Sie ein dreijähriges Reklamationsrecht nach dem schwedischen Verbraucherkaufgesetz. Streitigkeiten können dem schwedischen Verbraucherbeschwerdeausschuss (ARN), arn.se, vorgelegt werden.

Brands of Sultan sells to businesses only. Orders are placed by barbershops, salons, retailers and other trade customers acting in the course of their business.
Consumers
Exception for consumers: the Father's Day kit can be bought by private customers in Sweden with no minimum order value. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Notify us at info@brandsofsultan.com or use the standard withdrawal form. We refund the price and the original shipping within 14 days. You pay the return shipping. The goods must be unopened, as sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You also have a three-year right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Disputes may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
Business customers: no statutory right of withdrawal. The 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies to consumers only and does not apply to business-to-business orders. Trade orders are binding once confirmed. The terms below apply instead.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods: inspect your delivery on arrival. Report transport damage, faulty products, incorrect items or short shipments to info@brandsofsultan.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the goods and the outer carton. We will replace the goods or issue a full credit, and we cover return shipping in these cases.
Returns of correctly delivered goods: accepted by prior agreement only, at our discretion, within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15 percent of the invoiced value.
Hygiene: cosmetic products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return authorisation: do not ship anything back before we have confirmed the return in writing and issued a return reference. Unannounced returns may be refused or returned at the sender's cost.
Credits and refunds: once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we issue a credit note or refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Where an invoice remains unpaid, the credit is set off against the invoice.
