A Sultan kit is a finished retail shelf in one order. You buy at partner price, set your own shelf price and keep the difference — there is no contract, no minimum order and no monthly fee.
Which kit you need comes down to how much retail you already sell. The Shop Kit is a first shelf for a single chair: 39 products, enough to see whether retail works in your room without tying up capital. The Standard Kit is for a shop already selling — 68 products, deep enough to hold a full shelf and reorder on your own schedule rather than every few weeks. The Gift Kit is the whole range in one box, small enough to try and presentable enough to give away.
Every kit contains the same four products: Hair Styling Wax Cream, Beard Oil, Beard Wax and Beard Wash. All four are made in Türkiye, cosmetics-compliant for the EU market and formulated for daily professional use rather than for a shelf in a supermarket.
When a kit runs down you refill by the individual product in 15-packs at locked partner pricing, so you restock only what actually sells in your shop.
