Undantag för konsumenter: Fars dag-kitet kan köpas av privatpersoner i Sverige utan minsta ordervärde. Som konsument har du 14 dagars ångerrätt från den dag du tog emot varan. Meddela oss på info@brandsofsultan.com eller använd Konsumentverkets standardformulär för ångerrätt. Vi återbetalar varans pris och den ursprungliga frakten inom 14 dagar. Returfrakten betalar du. Varan ska vara obruten, eftersom förseglade hygienprodukter vars försegling har brutits inte omfattas av ångerrätten. Du har även reklamationsrätt i tre år enligt konsumentköplagen. Tvister kan prövas av Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se.

OVERVIEW
This store is operated by Sultan AB. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sultan AB.
Brands of Sultan sells to businesses only. Orders may be placed by barbershops, salons, retailers and other trade customers acting in the course of their business. Our products are sold to businesses (B2B), with the exception of the Father's Day kit (Sultan gift set), which may also be purchased by private consumers with delivery in Sweden. For consumer purchases, the section 'Consumers' below and mandatory Swedish consumer law apply. Business customers confirm that they purchase in the course of their business.
Brands of Sultan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Consumers
Exception for consumers: the Father's Day kit can be bought by private customers in Sweden with no minimum order value. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Notify us at info@brandsofsultan.com or use the standard withdrawal form. We refund the price and the original shipping within 14 days. You pay the return shipping. The goods must be unopened, as sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You also have a three-year right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Disputes may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. They include important information about warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1: ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are authorised to place orders on behalf of the business you represent, and that the business is duly registered in its country of establishment.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide your business name, email address, billing information, payment information, VAT number and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to provide accurate product information, images, descriptions and pricing. Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings or production updates.
Our grooming products are intended for external use only and should be used according to the product instructions. We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
SECTION 3: ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Sultan AB.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify that the order is placed by a registered business. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been processed.
We may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted and processing has started.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Products purchased are intended for professional use, retail shelf sales or resale by your business.
Exception: the B2B packs Salon Start and Full Shelf Pack can be ordered separately with no minimum order value.
SECTION 4: PRICES, VAT AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Partner prices are shown in SEK for Sweden and in EUR for Germany, excluding VAT. Recommended retail prices, where shown, include VAT and are guidance only; you set your own retail prices.
Orders delivered within Sweden are invoiced with Swedish VAT. Cross-border orders within the European Union to businesses that provide a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, meaning no VAT is added by us and you account for VAT in your own country. You are responsible for providing a valid VAT number and for its accuracy.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Orders within the European Union are normally delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, high demand periods, incorrect delivery information or events outside our control.
Tracking information is normally sent by email when your order has been dispatched.
SECTION 6: RETURNS AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy. As a business customer you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal; the terms set out in our Refund Policy apply instead.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, brand names, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, design, layout and visual identity, is owned by Sultan AB or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, publish, display or use any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
The names Sultan, Brands of Sultan, associated logos, designs and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of Sultan AB.
SECTION 8: THIRD PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our Services may include tools, links or integrations provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or practices of third party websites or services.
SECTION 9: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Brands of Sultan is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Sultan AB. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Sultan AB.
SECTION 10: PRIVACY
All personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also process certain personal information in order to provide the Services.
SECTION 11: FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, reviews, images or suggestions to us, you grant Sultan AB the right to use, reproduce, publish and display such content for business and marketing purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is accurate, lawful and does not violate the rights of any third party.
SECTION 12: ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Information on our Services may occasionally contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 13: PROHIBITED USES
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, collect personal information unlawfully, send spam, mislead others or interfere with security features.
SECTION 14: TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
SECTION 15: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and products are provided as available and according to applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure or error free.
SECTION 16: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sultan AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products, including loss of profit, loss of turnover or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
SECTION 17: INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Sultan AB harmless from claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or third party rights.
SECTION 18: SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 19: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Sultan AB regarding your use of the Services.
SECTION 20: GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
SECTION 21: CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
These Terms govern business-to-business sales. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies to consumers and does not apply to orders placed by businesses. Return and complaint handling for trade orders is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that apply under Swedish law.
